| Event Description: |
Cedar Lake Cellars, a year-round winery and event venue, will hold its Shamrock Shindig. Admission is free of charge for those 21 years of age and older.
The event will feature Irish music, green wine slushies, green beer, Irish nachos made with Guinness cheddar cheese sauce, shredded corned beef and sliced potatoes, as well as Guinness cheddar cheese sauce with pita chips. The band Crossfire will play from 7 to 10 p.m., and the winner of the “Most Creative Outfit” contest will be selected at 9 p.m.
The winery currently sells craft and domestic beer, as well as 16 Cedar Lake Cellars California or Paso Robles wines, 3 Swans handcrafted wines from the West Coast, 25 wines of the world, and signature wine slushies. A new mixed drink menu features a wide assortment of liquors and mixes to choose from.
The winery is open year-round Fri. through Sun. from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. for those 21 and older with live music scheduled throughout the weekend.
